The ground floor includes a nice living room with lounge / dining area for 4 people as well as an equipped kitchen (with a built-in laundry dryer). Tassimo coffee maker available. A few coffee capsules and tea bags are offered. Enjoy! The floors are composed of two beautiful bedrooms and a functional bathroom: - Bedroom 1 "relaxation": double bed 140x190, office / dressing room space and hammam / Corniche led balneo bathtub (on the 1st floor). - Bedroom 2 "head in the stars": double bed 160 x 200, office / storage space and beautiful starry sky/ Corniche led (on the 2nd floor). A baby / child crib is available on request. Bathroom with shower and toilet on the 1st floor. SUMMER INSTRUCTIONS: Refreshment is provided by a split air conditioning system without evacuation (the cooling of the expelled air is obtained by the evaporation of water /ice from the water tank of the device). ACCESSIBILITY: As this is a former 'amiénoise' (a type of townhouse) that has been renovated, the existing staircases are quite steep. Guest access Entire place 24 hours a day, just for guests.
