The apartment is completely private and will not be shared with anyone during your stay. The building is accessed using a blue electronic fob. If you are using self check-in, you will find it in lockbox No. 44 near the main entrance, which opens with a separate code. The apartment door is opened using your unique 6-digit code, which is valid during your stay. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and can be reached by lift or stairs. If you are arriving by car and using self check-in, first enter the apartment on foot. You will find the garage remote on the dining table. You can then return to your vehicle and park in the designated space. If we have arranged a personal welcome in advance, I will personally give you the building access fob and garage remote. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet residential building – please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, with consideration for the neighbors. The accommodation is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Pets are not allowed. The building has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible. You can drive directly into the garage, where a reserved parking spot is available. The maximum vehicle height for the garage is 1.9 meters. Waste should be disposed of in the bins near the entrance – please separate your trash for recycling. The apartment is equipped with basic hygiene and kitchen essentials – no need to bring your own. If needed, we’re happy to provide extra towels or blankets – just let us know.
