The space FIRST FLOOR • Entryway and Laundry Area SECOND FLOOR • Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area • Private upper deck with ocean views • One full bathroom Bedrooms: • Master bedroom with queen-sized bed • Second bedroom with bunk beds (top bunks for children only) OUTDOORS • Outdoor Shower • Firepit • Volleyball Court • Direct access to a sandy beach with beach essentials Seasonal Availability: The cottage is open for stays from May 15 through October 31 GUEST ACCESS • Private access to the property • 24/7 self check-in via smart lock • Guest support available daily, with emergency assistance as needed ADDITIONAL RULES • Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 72 hours of making the reservation or the booking may be subject to cancellation. • Check-in/Out: Check-in is from 4 PM to 11 PM; check-out is before 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests. • Pet Policy: 1 dog welcome (fee applies). No cats or puppies under 12 months. • No-Smoking: Strict no-smoking policy (includes vaping/e-cigarettes) inside the cottage. • Safety & Care: No climbing, pushing, or hanging from structures or cliff edges.
