It is equipped with sauna, washing machine, dishwasher and a charming balcony. It will be your stepping stone to explore Lavrion. Restaurants, Bars, cafes, the whole local market are just on your doorstep. Within walking distance you may enjoy a relaxing seaview promenade, your drinks or meals by the sea! Ideal for friends, couples, solo travelers. The space The apartment is located on the 3nd floor of a building nestled in the heart of Lavrion. There is no elevator in the building. A great selection of stores, cafes, restaurants and bistros can be found on your doorstep. Our property is fully air conditioned and consists of an open space bedroom-living room- kitchen with a double bed and a semi double sofa- bed, one person sauna, a walk-in shower and a modern kitchen equipped with a microwave, a 2 burner stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a cozy balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. We provide quality linen and towels and a closet in order to store your personal belongings. The apartment meets all the needs of today’s lifestyle. Guest access During your stay our apartment is at your disposal. Feel free to use our amenities and contact us for anything you may need to ask. The recommended transportation from/to the airport is by taxi. It costs around €45. One taxi stand is near the central square of Lavrio and one at the port. A taxi appointment can be also arranged easily at a competitive prearranged price in taxiaerodromio app. Other things to note - Kind reminder if you need to use the sofa bed as an extra bed you have to inform us in order to prepare it for you. - Kind reminder there isn't an elevator in the building . You have to take the stairs up to the 3d floor. - As of October 2018 Greek law requires that we register every guest with a passport number or an EU ID number. After this date, by making a booking in our property, you agree to share this information with us. It will only be used for the purpose of your stay’s registration according to Greek tax authorities. -Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added in your reservation. -Kind reminder by making your reservation you pay for 1 cleaning session per stay that is made prior to your arrival.
