We are pleased to offer you a completely new space with a wonderful view of the pools and Caribbean greenery. The condo is located on the second floor of the building (1st floor). The apartment is a spacious living room combined with a functional kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals (dishes, cutlery, pots, household appliances). The living room is adjacent to a spacious terrace with lounge furniture and a great view of the surroundings. There is an additional balcony next to the bedroom. The apartment is also equipped with fast wifi (included in the price), air conditioning, ceiling fans, window mosquito nets, smart TV, bed linen, bath and beach towels, a basic set of bathroom cosmetics and a kitchen set. The location in the quiet town of Dominicus Americanus provides access to numerous restaurants, bars, shops and attractions such as diving, trips to Saona Island or Parque Nacional del Este. Location: - 8-10 minutes walk to Dominicus beach (you can rent sunbeds, umbrellas, etc. there are also catering points with sunbed service) by the Caribbean Sea (gentle descent to the water, without rocks and stones, usually without sargassum), - restaurants, shops, bars and other services within walking distance, - possibility to rent a car, scooter or golf car, - possibility to order airport transfers as well as other, - 3 min drive to Bayahibe, marina to Saona Island and other optional excursions - about 15 minutes to La Romana International Airport (LRM), - about 50 minutes to Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), Guest access The entire space of the apartment, i.e. a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a covered terrace with lounge furniture, a bedroom with a wardrobe, a safe and a balcony, a bathroom, a laundry room and a hallway. All amenities on the complex, i.e. free parking and all swimming pools and sun loungers. Other things to note The apartment has: -no hosting any kind of parties and events - Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. - No smoking of vaping or similar substances, - No burning of candles or other open fire sources, - No drinks or food in the pool and its proximity, - It is not allowed to use linens and towels for purposes other than their purpose, such as for wiping down floors, etc. - Both check-in and check-out are handled by the apartment manager; upon check-out, please hand over the apartment and the keys. Pets are not allowed in the property. If any pet is found, a fee of $300 (dedicated for specialized cleaning) will be imposed and collected in cash on site. Unregistered and undeclared guests are not allowed to stay at the property. In the event of such a situation, a fee of $300USD will be charged and collected in cash on site. It is for the garbage to be disposed of systematically. Before checkout, you'll need to clean the washer, refrigerator, and clean the kitchenware. Any stains on upholstered furniture, curtains, curtains, and linens and towels will be charged an additional fee to remove them. Energy of 8KW is included in the price of the night of the stay. Due to the very high cost of electricity in the Dominican Republic, we charge a fee for the actual consumption of electricity over 8kW. Additional energy consumption will be payable in cash on the last day of your stay. Any consumption will be charged at the standard local rate and energy indications 1kW=22pesos.
