Lake Ann Cottage on Sanford Lake

Relax with the whole family or spend the week with your buddies fishing Sanford Lake in our 3 bedroom cottage. The cottage has been newly renovated! Sanford Lake is a perfect place to fish & swim. This no wake lake is quiet and located is beautiful Lake Ann, MI. The cottage is located right on the lake with a beach and dock. The space Our cottage is located right on Sanford Lake, a non wake lake. We do have a beach area for swimming and a dock for your boat to dock while you stay. A fireplace to enjoy evenings by the water. You will need to bring your own boat and fishing poles. The cottage basement was completely remodeled. Enjoy a large living room area with a table, couch and large TV! There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed. And patio door to a deck *Note there is no air conditioning in the basement. We feel it stays very cool in the summer and there are patio doors that can be opened to sleep with the cool brisk summer night air. The cottage is located near the charming town of Lake Ann. A perfect city to grab some dinner and live music in the summers. Traverse City is a short 15 minute drive! Along with all the other beautiful cities located in Grand Traverse and Leelanau Counties. The cottage features two bedrooms upstairs with a bedroom suite in the basement. There is one shared bathroom. There is a beautiful deck for you to sit and watch the lake. We have kayaks on site to fish with or explore the lake! Guest access The entire house is open for our renters. We do have a washer and dryer onsite too! Other things to note Three bedroom, one bath cottage with walk out access to the water and dock! Lake Ann Brewery is a few miles away and they have the most amazing drinks and live music all summer long.
