Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home in beautiful Leelanau County. Less than a 15-mile scenic drive to Lake Michigan shores and the Sleeping Bear Dunes, bustling Traverse City and the Cherry Festival, or picturesque villages of Leland, Cedar and Suttons Bay. You can choose golf, beaches, shopping, wineries, hiking trails or simply relaxing by the peaceful goldfish pond or crackling fire or in the bubbling hot tub in your own yard. The space Bedrooms are on the second floor. The main floor includes the second bathroom and an open floor plan for the dining, living and kitchen areas. There is no central air conditioning, but plenty of windows and fans. Sunny and shady areas are available in the yard. It's a quiet neighborhood with a working farm a short distance down the road. Guest access All space is available, except for an office room on the main floor, the basement and the garage. The yard space is about one acre. Other things to note Children and pets are welcome but be aware there is no fenced in area to leave them in unattended outdoors. Wildlife, including deer and coyotes are common.
