Base Camp is centrally located for all your "up north" adventures! 1.5 miles from trail head for snowmobiles & ORVs 13 miles to Caberfae Peaks Ski & Golf 9 miles to Lake Cadillac & Lake Mitchell for boating/fishing 28 miles to Crystal Mountain Great driving distance for day trips to Traverse City, Ludington, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Silver Lake Dunes & more! The space The Adventure North Base Camp is a cozy cabin ideal for every season! Whether you're coming to ski, explore the trails by sled in the winter or side x side in the spring, summer & fall, looking for a central location for boating or fishing, or just wanting a little up north getaway, you'll find everything you need here! KItchen- Fully stocked with all your basic cooking needs including oil, salt & pepper. In addition to your plates, cups & silverware we also provide a BUNN coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer & crock pot. We try to keep coffee on hand but feel free to bring your favorite brew. We use a reusable filter. Dish soap & limited paper towels & trash bags are also provided. 1 Bathroom- immediately to the right inside the entrance. Full shower, single vanity & toilet. Washer/Dryer combo. Complimentary toiletries if needed. Limited toilet paper provided. 3 Bedrooms- Front Bedroom- to the left at the bottom of the landing. King bed, dresser, closet Back Bedroom- behind living room on the left. King bed, closet Bunk Room- to the right of Back Bedroom. Twin over Full Bunk, dresser, limited hanging space Hang out by our new fire pit & roast some s’mores! We have our personal woodpile nearby. If you need campfire wood you can reach out to us to buy some or you can bring your own (recommended). 2 50 amp plug-ins for RVs available for an additional fee. Contact us for more information. Keyless entry for front door. Side patio door is locked & secured with a wood block on the inside.
