Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect for 4 people thanks to the bed in the first bedroom and the double sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. The lilac metro stop, Portello, is a 10-minute walk away. In the event of a violation, an amount of €200 will be charged. As the building is residential, guests must ensure that they do not create excessive noise during the evening and night hours. In accordance with local laws, all guests will be required to sign a lease agreement. Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal. The Guest Portal will also include a copy of the mandatory lease to be reviewed and signed. This procedure allows us to verify your identity and documents and to send the required information to the "Alloggiati Web" police system, the official procedure for registering guests in Italy. The use of air conditioning and heating must comply with Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 10/06/2022). At the time of check-out, the house must be free of guests' personal belongings and free of people. Any delay in returning the house is sanctioned with 20 euros per hour for each hour of delay. If the key is not returned, 80 euros will be charged for each key in the deck. At check-in, you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law. Check-in to our apartments is from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Arrivals after 10:00 pm are subject to a surcharge: between 10:00 pm and midnight of €30, between midnight and 1:00 am of €50. For long-term stays (over 29 nights), you must sign a contract for the lease and one for the services at check-in and have an Italian tax code. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of violation, you will be charged €200. Pets are not allowed. If the booked apartment is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and a cleaning fee and a deposit of €200 will be required in case of any damage.
