Corporate Short-Term Rental. Lovely landlady

Large queen bedroom/bed with patio. 15 mins drive to Sydney Harbour Bridge. Bus to city 200m from door. FREE Parking/WiFi. Beautiful quiet, safe suburb - cafes, shops, restaurants & parks on doorstep. Stunning, large, modern home in Willoughby on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Exclusive use of 1.5 bathrooms, own living space. Two super friendly, gentle cats plus young guide dog (in training) on premises. I live in the house and my 3.5 yr old granddaughter visits two half days per week. The space Meticulously clean, ultra modern, quiet, comfortable and homely. Fabulous queen bedroom, own dedicated living space with TV, shared kitchen. Both rooms have extensive closest space, a ceiling fan plus reverse cycle A/C. Excellent supportive mattresses and pillows. Bedroom has French doors which open to porch with seating overlooking Willoughby Park. Respectful and friendly host (lives in the home) plus TWO very friendly cats plus a young black Labrador in training as a guide dog. Guest access Access via front door OR can access via French doors in bedroom. Keys will be provided. Exclusive use of beautiful large bathroom plus seperate toilet, seperate living space. I live on the premises but sleep upstairs though I'll be in my open plan lounge in the evenings and at times during the day. During your stay Please note: I live in the home (sleep upstairs) but often out at gym etc. The kitchen is part of my open plan living space. Ideally client does not work from home (more than two days per week). Interaction will most likely be when needing to use the kitchen. I am mindful of giving (and needing) as much privacy as possible. I am always happy to help with any needs. Other things to note I have 2 x beloved cats and am training a young guide dog so animal lover imperative. I work a couple of early mornings per week and occasionally am on-call for 24 hrs. Ideally tenant should NOT work from home (for more than a couple of days per week). I have a 3.5 yr old granddaughter who visits for two half days per week and occasionally sleeps over.
