A well-behaved dog may be welcome with prior approval and a pet deposit. The space Escape to our private sanctuary on Pushaw Lake, just feet from the water's edge. The first floor is includes a half bath, a spacious living room, and a sunroom with panoramic lake views, perfect for dining or relaxing. Step out onto the deck for grilling and soaking in the stunning scenery. Upstairs, the second floor offers two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer, and a tub-shower combo. The lakeside bedroom is a haven of serenity, featuring a private, stunning view of the lake. A sliding glass door opens to a room filled with windows, making you feel as though you are floating above the water. The walk-in closet ensures convenience and functionality without compromising the spectacular view. Outside, the lakeside is a private, flat expanse leading to the steps to the water's edge. The dock invites you to immerse yourself in lake activities. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, except for the garage and basement, which are locked and not available for use. Other things to note Every Wednesday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM, we will visit the cottage to collect trash and recycling. Please leave them in the front yard for pickup. Rest assured, we won’t need access to the interior, ensuring your privacy and convenience.
