Six spacious, luxuriously appointed rooms – each with its own bathroom and elegant marble showers – offer the utmost comfort with king-size and double beds, as well as a clear view of the surrounding hills. All the furnishings consist of high-quality materials and have been redesigned with a lot of love for detail, so that our guests feel completely comfortable. The heart of the complex is the large, private pool (5×11 m) with outdoor showers, outdoor toilet and extensive terraces – partly covered, partly open. Here you can spend the whole day between sun, shade and starry sky. At night, the Milky Way is clearly visible in the sky, shooting stars are not uncommon – a dream for all who love silence, vastness and the magic of the universe. Guest access You have access to your own, luxuriously equipped room with a high-quality bathroom (marble shower, plenty of space, noble materials). All guests share the spacious kitchen, living room with fireplace, terraces, the 11 m long pool, garden and outdoor showers. Wifi is available everywhere. Two loving cats live in the house. Retreats and community are balanced. Other things to note The villa is located at the edge of the small village of Skoulli, nestled in an original and quiet environment. There is no hustle and bustle here, only the chirping of the crickets, the rustling of the wind in the trees and the wide view over the green landscape to the mountains. In the immediate vicinity is the Evretou Dam – a special place for walks, bird watching and enjoying nature – and the house is directly adjacent to the nature reserve. The surroundings are characterized by olive groves, pine trees and almond trees, which are in full bloom or provide shade depending on the season. Hiking trails lead through the hilly landscape and connect the neighboring villages, where you can still experience authentic Cypriot village life with small taverns and old stone churches. Despite the quiet location, you are less than 15 minutes from the coast: Latchi Bay and the world-famous Blue Lagoon of the Akamas Peninsula offer crystal clear water, fantastic beaches and boat trips in one of the most beautiful areas of Cyprus.
