Entire house with hot tub and close to the beach

Welcome to this idyll, a classic Swedish red house with white knots. 4 km from the city's beautiful beach and 3 km from the city center, this charming house is located in an area that can almost be likened to a summer idyll in a colony area with free parking and Wi-Fi. The house offers a hot outdoor Jacuzzi all year round, a lovely terrace to enjoy dinner and a lounge area to enjoy the evening sun. Warmly welcome to stay with us for work and/or as a tourist in lovely Västmanland! The space All the bedrooms of the house are newly renovated, modern and harmoniously decorated. In the living room, there is a generous sofa that can accommodate seven people. The kitchen speaks its classic language from a bygone era of the 1950s. The kitchen is fresh. The bathroom is functional with a bathtub/shower, it is pimped to get an extra cozy feeling of luxury. The toilet also fulfills its function, but both will be renovated in the future, to bring out the long-awaited spa feeling even indoors. Behind the house is a lovely beech forest suitable for nice walks in the free Swedish nature. The area whispers about its historical past when it was service homes for those who worked in the nearby factory. If you listen, you can hear the factory on a hot summer day. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole house except the storage rooms in the basement. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a luxurious continental bed of 180*200 cm with thick fluffy duvets and blackout curtains. In bedroom number there are two luxurious 90*200 cm beds from Kungsängen as a king bed, these can easily be pulled apart into two single beds. The room was completed with a blackout curtain in October and the door to this room has been removed. A large living room with a large 7-seat sofa that can be made into a bed for three adults and one child. The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle etc. and seating for four people. Downstairs, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine and dryer. A smaller toilet. And two empty rooms that are not used and a private storage room. Other things to note Cleaning can usually be booked in advance at a cost of SEK 595 for two nights and SEK 900 for longer stays. In the event of no cleaning, a fee of SEK 1,500 will be added. Bed linens can be rented for SEK 150 per person, including bath towels, small hand towels, duvet covers, pillowcases, bottom sheets and large pillowcases.
