In direct proximity to a store, restaurant, sports and swimming hall, gym, schools and Kalix Hospital. The house consists of three bedrooms with a total of four beds, a spacious kitchen and living room, bathroom, sauna, relaxation area and gym. Laundry and dishwasher available. Crib available. Patio and parking directly next to the house. Bed linens are included (not for the crib). Bath towels can be booked at an extra charge: 4 towels for SEK 200. The space The house has 3 bedrooms. Two upstairs and one downstairs in the basement (without windows) On the upper floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. A single bed is located in the bedroom in the basement. This is an older house. The windows in the house look like they are dirty, but that's because it's old and should be replaced shortly. Please note! There is no WiFi on the property. Other things to note Bed linens are included for a maximum of 4 adults, not for the crib.
