In the immediate vicinity of the store, restaurant, sports and swimming pool, gym, schools and Kalix hospital. The house consists of three bedrooms with a total of four beds, a spacious kitchen and living room, bathroom as well as sauna and relaxation area. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. Two upstairs and one downstairs in the basement (without windows). Right now, the house is furnished so that there is a double bed in one bedroom and a single bed in the other bedroom on the upper floor. A single bed is located in the bedroom in the basement. It can be moved up to the upper floor. Please let us know when booking. This is an older house. The windows in the house look like they are dirty, but that is because they are old and will be replaced shortly. There is no Wi-Fi on the property. Other things to note Please bring your own bed linen. There are duvets and pillows for 4 people. Bed linens and towels can be obtained with an additional charge of SEK 120/person.
