Only registered guests listed on your reservation are allowed to stay in the unit. 2. Furniture unless permission is requested and granted in advance, furniture must remain in their original location. 3. Lamps in the hallway, living room and dining room are on a timer and should not be shut off manually. 4. Beds should be stripped beds and place lines in the laundry basket at the end of your stay. 5. Makeup Removal- to avoid a $30 charge, please only use black towels for makeup removal. 6. Curling iron should only be used in the bathroom. You will be charged if the curling iron is burns or otherwise damage furniture or carpet. 7. All used dishes, pots, spoons, etc must be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher. Please do not use regular dish detergent in the dishwasher. 8. All units are non-smoking. If you smoke outside, all cigarette butts must be picked up.
