The apartment is in a 3-story house divided into 4 apartments, 3 of which are rented on Airbnb. The ground floor (120 m²) is shared by the 3 apartments and includes a kitchen-bar. The Santo Antônio neighborhood is one of the most picturesque and safest in the historic center of Salvador. There are plenty of bars and restaurants. Follow the photo tour! The space The studio is facing All Saints Bay. It includes an entrance with a desk area, a bedroom, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a private terrace without overlooking. Panoramic view of the bay and the lower city. The bedroom (16 m²), with a recent double bed (140 cm), overlooks the terrace. Perfect for breakfast or an aperitif. Standing fan provided. A mosquito net is available upon request, but rarely necessary. The spacious bathroom includes a shower with hot water, a sink, and a separate toilet. It is connected to the entrance by a door, and to the bedroom by two old wrought iron gates with curtains. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the studio. They can also use all the common rooms of the house: the living room, the kitchen-bar and the lobby. Access to the kitchen-laundry under the living room is however reserved and not accessible. Entry to the house is via the main street of the neighborhood, which is secure at all times. A lamp above the door illuminates the entrance. There are security cameras monitoring the entrance and common areas of the house. Access to the studio is through a double door, accessible by a one-story staircase. The stairs of the house can present risks for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note I now live in Chapada Diamantina, in the Capão Valley, where I receive guests in my pretty house in the woods (500 km from Salvador). Yanelis takes care of the house. She speaks Portuguese, French, Spanish and knows a little English. We are surrounded by nature, and the house is wide open. The cockroach is a flying insect that can sometimes appear.
