The space Brand new Beachfront community on the beloved beachy north end of Carolina Beach. Right on the beach, this condo encourages relaxing with its ocean views and sounds of waves, in addition to the warmth of the furnishings. We have furnished this seaside retreat as if we live in it full-time. It has new everything, and fully stocked for a turn-key experience. Just walk in with your clothes, food, drink and any specialty toiletries and start your getaway. All linens and bath linens are 100% cotton. Also provided are 4 beach chairs stored in a private storage closet which is in your assigned parking bay for 2 cars for your added convenience. The elevator makes this a simple property. The parking bay is only a few feet away from the elevator. Freeman Park is also just a few feet away, as is the pier which has a full service restaurant and pier tiki bar overlooking the ocean. As the “beachiest” part of the island, it is peaceful. However, if you feel the need for some hustle and bustle, the famous boardwalk is 1.5 miles away, and downtown Wilmington is a 20 minute drive. In addition, the NC Aquarium and Southport Ferry are just a short drive down the island. We are personally in the hospitality industry. There is no management company (which is also less fees) and are readily available. Please ask any questions!! Guest access You will have the entire condo via an elevator or stairwells. The pool and hot tub are secured entry. You will be provided with self check-in instructions the day of your arrival. Other things to note Carolina Beach’s North End is the laid-back part of the island, where the ocean sparkles and the pace slows just enough to savor the moment. It’s the quieter side of town, offering easy access to dunes, nature walks, and the marina, with plenty of small beaches and scenic viewpoints. While the iconic Boardwalk belongs to the central action, the North End nearby Freeman Park and quieter coves make it ideal for family days, shelling, and sunset strolls. Whether you’re chasing a peaceful beach day or a breezy coastal escape, the North End of Carolina Beach delivers sandy serenity with a touch of local charm.
