Perfect room for a triathlon

My son wants to open up his room for the Ironman triathlon this year. Very convenient to the Triathlon courses. The running and the biking course go within a block of our house. The swim is about 3 miles away. The room has a full sized bed and a closest. The bathoom is across the hallway (but will be shared). We have a tankless water heater, so take as long a shower as you like. If you are competing, we can store your bike in our garage.
