Welcome to our cozy apartment on Lake Rursee! This beautiful place offers you a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The apartment is newly renovated, lovingly furnished and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the quiet location, ideal for relaxing walks, hikes, bike tours or just to relax. From here you can experience the beautiful nature around the Rursee to the fullest. The space The apartment is about 70 sqm divided into kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet and bathtub, hallway. The living room leads to a fully fenced garden and outdoor seating. The apartment has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Guest access Fully fenced garden. Other things to note House Etiquette Dear guests! The apartment should be a second home for you. You should be able to feel comfortable and rest. I put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope you find everything you need. The following House rules should be a help for a harmonious stay. Also I have listed some rules which I hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will help me in the future to and other guests satisfactory premises. Overall If anything is missing in the property or if you need help, please contact me with confidence. All items that are in the apartment may and should be used by guests. Please handle all furnishings and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. Kitchen Please be careful with the kitchen equipment and technical appliances. Since no one likes a dirty kitchen, please provide dishes, pots and cutlery in the cabinets only when clean and dry. Do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertops without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the inside of the oven clean. Damage No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. I would appreciate it if you report the damage that has occurred and I do not notice it until after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs. Ventilation To avoid mold formation, I ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x shock ventilation per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering. Duty of care The front door should always be closed. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment in order to avoid possible damage caused by severe weather or burglary. The resources of water and electricity must be used sparingly. Disposal The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot Corresponding containers are available on the premises. Please only use trash cans and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them in the residual waste bin. The access code is available for you in the apartment. Use of the Internet with your own Wi-Fi-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the Wi-Fi connection is free of charge for the renter. You use the Internet at your own risk. The landlord excludes any liability in connection with the renter's use of the Internet. Please understand, however, that I hereby protect myself against misuse with a binding booking on your part. Smoking It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Please smoke only on the terrace / balcony. Please dispose of the completely extinguished cigarette butts in the garbage can. Garden The garden may be fully used. If you arrive with a dog and it is in the garden, I may ask you to make sure that the garden is not a dog toilet and that neither urination nor large bowel movements are allowed here. Parking options You can park right in front of the house on a public street. Upon request, the garage can be used at an additional cost. Domiciliary rights In the event of immediately necessary repairs, it may be essential that the landlord enter the apartment without the guest's knowledge. Keys Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys must be reported immediately. reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs. Liability.
