The apartment is at the first floor. The house is located 1km from the center of Casarza Ligure, reachable also by foot. In the center of the town you can find bars, pharmacy, restaurants, an excellent ice cream shop, grocery stores, supermarkets and even a mechanic for the most unfortunate occasions with your vehicle. Casarza Ligure is located just 10 minutes by car from the sea and, for motorbike enthusiasts, 7 are the minutes that will separate you from the famous Passo del Bracco. The space The apartment has just been completely renovated. It is located on the first floor, about ten steps from the parking space. You will immediately enter a welcoming entrance that will direct you to the first part of the house, the dining area, which includes a functional kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare tasty meals in comfort. Appliances such as a microwave, Nespresso compatible coffee machine, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher are included. The host also leaves cutlery, plates and glasses available for guests who will be staying with small children. The room is a bright open space with the living room in which you will find a comfortable sofa bed and a television to watch your favorite programs in complete relaxation. Crossing the door that separates the living area from the sleeping area, you will have the master bedroom complete with double bed, chest of drawers, television and a large super-large bridge wardrobe. Finally, in front of the bedroom you will have the bathroom, large with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine that can be used during the stay. The apartment has a beautiful terrace accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, where you can enjoy a good aperitif after a day of vacation and also hang out your laundry. The house has wifi and air conditioning both in the living area and in the bedroom. For the little ones: in the kitchen guests can always find cutlery, plates and glasses for children. In addition, upon request, the host provides a high chair and a camping cot complete with sheets and towels for the little one free of charge. The host will provide sheets and towels for the duration of your stay and they are included in the price. Private parking is available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Guest access The apartment is entirely available, with no spaces shared with other guests. Other things to note - Additional people than those declared at the time of booking must be communicated to the host in chat well in advance; the extra service costs €15 per person per night (children included). - For stays longer than 7 nights, a complete cleaning of the apartment may be requested. To obtain this, you will need to contact the host and agree on it together; the extra service will cost €50.
