This charming home is a short 3 minute walk to the Fisherman's Cove area in the Pine Mountain Lake community in Groveland. Fisherman's Cove is a non-swimming area perfect for fishing, relaxing and a great place for the kids to play (contains several kids play structures and a basketball hoop). You can also catch the free water taxi to other parts of the lake from here (closed in winter). This spacious home features a bright, open living room with large windows and brand-new power reclining leather couches—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully stocked kitchen makes dining in a breeze. Step out onto the deck for beautiful lake views. The main level offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, while the upstairs loft includes 3 sofa beds and its own full bathroom—ideal for larger groups or families. Bedding configuration: 1) Entry level primary bedroom: Queen Bed (60" x 80") + 1 Sofa Bed 2) Entry level bedroom 2: Queen Bed (60" x 80") 3) Upper level bedroom 3: 3 Sofa Beds Things to know: * Yosemite's west gate (Big Oak Flat entrance) is around a 35 minute drive from the cabin. * Free high-speed WiFi * Washer and dryer available in the home for guest use. * Garage and in-law unit access not available to guests. * The long driveway can park several cars, including a covered parking spot. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home. The home has been outfitted with a smart lock for your convenience. You will be provided an access code shortly before your stay. As guests to Pine Mountain Lake, you will have the opportunity to enjoy all the amenities that Pine Mountain Lake is known for: the lake and beaches, swimming and boating, golfing, horseback riding, a large pool, clubhouse and grill, tennis, pickleball, archery range, etc. Note that some of these facilities are seasonal and might have a fee associated with it. The lake is private, and only guests and owners can use the lake and its facilities. You may rent fishing, paddle, sailboats, kayaks, and paddleboards at the Marina by the hour or day. Boat rentals are seasonal and available on specific holiday weekends, so please check with Pine Mountain Lake Marina if you are visiting anytime other than June to August if you are interested in boating. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a gated community, so before your arrival you will be asked to provide us with your details for registration, in order to enter the community gate. Please note that there is a $50 per vehicle (amount subject to change) guest permit fee to access the community and roadways. You will need to pay this at the gate using cash or card once you arrive. This permit is good for up to 7 days. The security entrance is staffed 24 hours a day. Please pay the attendant upon your arrival. This is a community policy and out of our control. Thanks in advance! The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the entirety of the stay. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
