En suite bathroom for Primary bedroom, hot tub, outdoor shower, full kitchen, and stylish indoor-outdoor spaces. Walk to Steelhead Beach, sip wine in the garden, or explore nearby vineyards. Ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking a peaceful wine country escape. No pets or parties. The space Upper Level of a 2 story home in Forestville, with dedicated deck next to the expansive garden, and hot tub just outside the door. Separate unit downstairs with tenant (separate entrance and area) - please do not disturb. Enter up the steps to the right of the Carport. Lights along the steps and walkway to the entrance door, just past the hot tub. Guest access Guests use entire upper floor of house and exclusive use of Deck and Hot tub, just outside the door. Feel free to wander through the garden. Be careful of any loose stones and uneven grounds. Other things to note Important: The road is one way so you continue along the loop to exit. The driveway is at a sharp angle so I find it easiest to drive past the driveway, (up to the mailboxes) and then back up into the driveway. Separate unit with tenant downstairs. You will not see them as they have their own doors and space. The upper deck, patio, hot tub and garden is exclusively yours to enjoy.
