Private house in the Cauca Viejo subdivision, 30 minutes from Jerico and less than 2 hours from Medellín. Entry only allowed to residents and guests of the village, 24 hour surveillance. “Cauca viejo” The town, on the banks of the Cauca River, in southwestern Antioquia, is a portrait of that era: cobbled streets, main park, church, rectory, inns, trapiches, store, soccer field, basketball, restaurants and houses with white facades, colored bases and wooden windows. The space Guadalupe is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, linens, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi; the house has hot water. On the first level, you will find: Main living room with TV; in the second living room, you will find a charcoal grill, gas stove, kitchen, refrigerator, and dining area. This space is designed for you to enjoy barbecues in the evenings or simply open the doors and enjoy the fresh air. Across the entire front, we find a refreshing pool with sun loungers. On the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a 6-burner stove, a microwave oven, and other utensils so you can prepare all your meals. The main dining area is located in the kitchen. Room on the first floor. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms and a living room overlooking the Cauca River. ROOM DESCRIPTIONS: * The first bedroom has 3 beds, 2 double beds and 1 single bed; it has air conditioning, and the bathroom is located next to the bedroom (this bedroom is on the first floor). *The second bedroom has a double bed and a pull-out double bed, a private bathroom, TV, fan, and air conditioning. *The third bedroom has 2 double beds with a private bathroom, TV, fan, and air conditioning. *The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, a balcony with a beautiful view, a private bathroom, a TV, and air conditioning. *The fifth bedroom has a king-size bed, a single bed, and a single bed that pulls out from underneath. This room has a TV, air conditioning, a large balcony with a view of the Cauca River, and an outdoor bathroom. (This room is made available after 14 people.) The water on the property is potable. Pueblo Cauca Viejo has its own water treatment plant, so the water that comes out of the taps is completely drinkable and suitable for human consumption; feel free to use the tap water. Guest access The plot has different restaurants, common areas such as a soccer and basketball court, tennis, volleyball, a picnic area with beautiful landscapes, you can go on ecological walks, swim in the river and ride a bicycle. It has a church and a main park. In the area you can practice road cycling, mountain biking, hiking and paragliding. You can visit the village of La Madre Laura (Jerico). Nearby are the villages of Ciudad Bolívar, Jardín, Concordia and Hispania. Other things to note The house must be taken with the domestic service employee. Our trusted housekeeper will assist you during your stay, taking care of cleaning, tidying, cooking, and attending to you so that you can relax and enjoy the house and the surroundings. For groups of more than 12 people, we recommend hiring 2 housekeepers. She arrives early in the morning and leaves late in the afternoon (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM). The cost of this is additional to the accommodation and has a value of $90,000 per day.
