Small interactive farm guesthouse off historic Route 66, a short 15 minute drive from Kingman to the desert countryside. Enjoy the beautiful desert sunrise over the Hualapai mountains from your bedroom. Relax on the porch while watching the sun set over the Black Mountains. Listen to the coyotes in the background while you stargaze on the porch. Enjoy meeting the friendly goats, barn cats, sheep, pigs, chickens, turkeys, and livestock guardian dogs. Pet & family friendly. The space Kitchen: Gift basket full of snacks and water bottles for guest use. Use the fully equipped kitchen including keurig coffee machine with coffee, toaster oven, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Stocked with a variety of k cups, creamer, sweeteners, and syrups. Enjoy coffee in disposable cups to go. Bathroom: hand held or rain down shower head, deep tub, extra fluffy towels, hair blow dryer. Botanical shampoo, conditioner, and body wash ready for use. Living room: Includes a small desk with brochures of places to explore in the area. Couch folds out into queen sized sleeping space. TV is a Roku. Log in to your Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu to enjoy your favorite shows. WiFi access available on the property. Bedroom: Queen sized bed in the bedroom has a brand new memory foam mattress with extra pillows for different firmness. Massage chair is a perfect place to relax and read. Allergen mattress pad and allergen pillow cases used on all bedding. Scent free laundry detergent available for bedding and washing. View outside of the bedroom overlooks the Hualapai mountains and the countryside with beautiful sunrises. Garage: has washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, stain remover, and fabric softener provided. Weights, yoga mat, elliptical machine, and treadmill are available for your use. Fans overhead to cool you down as you exercise. Outdoors: Enjoy sitting outside on the covered patio to watch the sunsets or stargaze in the night sky.Outdoor table with chairs and a large umbrella overhead for an outdoor dinning experience. Enjoy the BLM land that borders the property, including the washes and country landscape of the surrounding area. Spend time outside saying hello to the animals. Including baby goats, piglets, and lambs depending on the time of year. General: Host lives on the other side of the property, with the ability to help with any concerns. WiFi is available throughout the property. New hvac system keeps the guesthouse at the perfect temperature. Black out curtains in the living room and bedroom keep the sun and heat out. Air purifiers in the living room and bedroom keep the air fresh and filter out dust/pollen in the air. There can be occasional traffic during the night and morning along road, or noise from animals during the night including livestock guardian dogs. The livestock guardian dogs may be more noisy certain nights due to coyotes in the area. Guest access Abundant parking is available including a large round a bout driveway and multiple parking areas inside fenced area. There is plenty of room for trailers and extra vehicles. Feel free to keep your vehicle inside the fencing with a motion detection video camera noting any access to the driveway, for security. RVs, trucks, and trailers are welcome Other things to note **Please note we do have security cameras on our property. Our security cameras are for security and safety of hosts, guests, and animals. We do not have cameras on the guesthouse or near the guesthouse. First camera is facing entrance driveway to the gate. Second is the opposite side of the property from the guesthouse, looking at other two entry gates. Third is facing goats and horses. Fourth is in the pig pen. Fifth, is in the goat pen. Sixth is in the last goat pen.
