Swim in calm water-lifejackets provided. Loons, eagles, & other birds seen in this natural setting. It's secluded, yet only a 10 min drive to Lancaster NH for shopping, dining, movie. Enjoy all activities that Northern VT and NH have to offer. The perfect place to unwind. Your pooch is welcome and leashed when outside. The space There’s approx 60 feet of lake frontage and a dock to easily get in and out of the water along with places to tie up the paddle boat and kayaks. The third “living room” is an enclosed porch with large windows and two reclining chairs. A very cozy room to sit to look into the woods. Books line the wall and are available for reading and if you’re not done to take home. Guest access The entire house may be used. The storage shed is where you’ll find life preservers and kayak paddles. It’s also where trash and recyclables can be left. Other things to note There will be a check list for check out procedures and information about the house on the kitchen table along with brochures for attractions in Vermont and New Hampshire.
