You’ll have the Entire 500sq ft waterfront guesthouse & private entry, private balcony, no shared walls, located on 2nd floor, Key-pad entry, private parking, quiet neighborhood. 1 king bed, 1 bath, 1 queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, smart TV’s, WiFi, prime video, shampoo,conditioner, hairdryer, face wash. Fully stocked kitchen, convection/microwave, k-cup coffee machine, kcups, water filter pitcher. We provide fishing poles/tackle box.Rentable boat. Pet fee $50 per pet. Complimentary fishing poles The space Alice House is a guesthouse nestled on the second floor (built on top of main house, separate entry), no shared walls, private balcony overlooking the river. We provide complimentary fishing poles, small tackle boxes and 2 beach towels. You'll have full control of the AC/Heat. Alice house has a tankless water heater, full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. There are cleaning supplies in the unit and quality shampoo, conditioners, face wash, etc. We provide extra towels, pillows and sheets for the sofa bed. The backyard is shared, artificial turf, pergola and lounge seating. Backyard has cornhole, green egg grill and sun loungers. We have a Jon Boat with Trolley motor is $100/24hr use. The kayaks are $50/24hr use. We have a fishing kayak, regular single riding kayaks. We ask for 72hrs notice. You’re welcome to enjoy the shared backyard and dock. We don’t allow parties to respect the peacefulness of the property. The home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with mature oaks, great for morning walks. The home is located within a few miles of Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, USF main campus and Moffitt Cancer Center. You’re a 15 minute drive from South Tampa, Amphitheater, International Plaza and Hard Rock Casino. Airport and Raymond James is about 20 mins away, and 45 mins to beaches. Guest access The Alice House has private keypad entry. You’ll receive a door code 2 days before arrival. You'll have parking up to 2 cars unless discussed otherwise. The day of your stay, I’ll send you photos to help with check-in. Park in front of the white gate on the left side of the house. Enter the white gate to the artifical turf backyard, take the exterior backyard stairs. Alice House will be on your left hand side. The backyard has lights, to ensure visibility upon arriving at night. Other things to note You’re welcome to fish off the shared dock. Fishing poles and tackle box are provided. Pet policy: $50 per pet. Please let me know the breed/weight and if your dog sheds. This helps from a cleaning perspective. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Pets are not allowed to potty on the artificial turf. All pets must be kept on leash and waste must be picked up. Please bring pick up bags but I try to keep some in the unit. There’s a large trash can in driveway. All guests on property must be added to reservation. If you have guests, please let me know. If you need a high chair or pack & play, let me know.
