Please follow these Clean As You Go practices before check-out: • Dispose of all trash in the garbage room (left side of the elevator) • Do not leave garbage inside or at the door • Wash and return all used dishes to the kitchen cabinet • Remove leftover food from the fridge 🧴 We provide dish soap, wipes, trash bags, and basic cleaning tools for your convenience. 🚫 Deep Cleaning Policy The standard cleaning fee covers prep before your stay. However, a ₱5,000 (~$100) or actual deep-cleaning fee will apply if the unit is left in a filthy condition, including: • Stained linens or towels • Undisposed food or excessive trash • Heavy mess beyond normal use ✨ Rest assured, we professionally clean and sanitize the unit after every guest.
