Nestled in peaceful woods, yet just minutes from local attractions, it's the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The space THE CABIN The cabin features a master suite on the main floor, complete with a king-size bed and a full bathroom equipped with a shower/tub and a washer/dryer unit. The open-concept design of the living room, kitchen, and dining area creates a welcoming space for everyone to gather. Upstairs, the loft offers two queen beds, a small desk, and two plush chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while listening to the birds. The cabin is nestled on nearly two acres of steeply sloped land, surrounded by lush trees. Stay cozy inside the cabin or relax outside on the private lot which features a fire pit. Remember to bring your own firewood and use the fire pit and trails at your own risk. The Soque River is famous for its trout fishing opportunities. You can cast your line after a brief walk to the community access point. Alternatively, bring your waders or kayaks to fish directly in the water, where the river flows steadily with numerous shoals. Please note, the entrance to the river is slightly steep, exercise caution when entering water. This cabin is nestled in the woods, home to various wildlife. Exercise caution while hiking by being mindful of ticks and staying alert for wildlife as you explore the area. GETTING HERE To access the property, you will travel on a dirt road for about 2 minutes before arriving at the private community. Drive slowly and watch for wildlife and oncoming traffic. A 4x4 vehicle isn't necessary; smaller two-wheel drive cars navigate this road regularly. Guest access GUEST ACCESS Guests can enjoy full access to the property. The driveway has a gentle incline, and the parking area is relatively flat, offering space for 2-3 cars. The cabin is not handicap accessible or child proofed. Other things to note Please note that violations of house rules may incur a fine after your stay. Pets conditional upon request. If you are bringing a pet prior approval must be received before booking. No more than 2 dogs and no cats or other types of animals. Pet fees apply to all dogs. Must provide proper certification for service dog credentials. Please note the presence of Ring camera will detect any violations to this policy.
