🏔️ You will love this FANTASTIC LOCATION!!! 16 Miles to Yosemite's South Gate, 8 Miles to Bass Lake, 3 Miles to the heart of Oakhurst. 🍷 ☕️ You are sure to love a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the deck and taking in the mountain view. 🦌 Stay long enough and you'll see plenty of wildlife. 🎁 You will be welcomed by a gift basket and a bottle of wine to this modern studio with a full kitchen. 🧴 You will be spoiled with spa quality soaps and linens. 💦Seasonal River The space 🛌 This space is most comfortable for 2 people however we do have a small futon that can sleep small children. 🪨 You are welcome to walk down and check out the beautiful creek at your own risk. We do have active wildlife like Bears & Deer. 🏠 There are steps leading to the studio. Inside you will find a spacious area equipped with a full bathroom, kitchen, & Washer/Dryer. 🐶 If you are traveling with a pet you're welcome to walk them around outside on a leash. If you would like to bring more than one dog please message me. Guest access This private studio is located over a locked garage that is used for storage. This guesthouse is on the same large property as the main house but very private, you will also have your own driveway and parking area. Other things to note ⚠️The River is seasonal and does dry up in the warmers months. 📺As the case with most rentals we only have a smart TV and NO cable so don't forget your passwords to log into your accounts. 🚭 There is NO smoking or vaping in or around the premises! No Fires! 💡Power outages can occur at anytime without notice, this is out of our control & we do not have a back up source. We will do our best to keep you informed and comfortable. (this is rare) 🛜Mountain Wi-Fi can be weak or cut out at times, this is also rare. 🐶We welcome one small pet with a pet fee, please add to the guest count (message if you would like to bring more than one) No pets on the furniture & keep them on a leash outside. ‼️We do not tolerate over-occupying! 🐻 We ask that you be aware and respectful of the wildlife. We do have bears in the area so please take a minute to educate yourself on how to handle it if you do come in contact with one. 🪰We recommend bringing a good supply of bug repellent for the mosquitos outdoors.
