Nestled in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, Located near Craftsbury Outdoor Center and Sterling College, (& close to both JayPeak & Stowe Mountains) The Casita offers a unique retreat where you can unwind, reconnect, and immerse yourself in nature. Surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and vibrant wildlife, This tiny home provides a sanctuary for reflection, creativity, and rest (currently there is no running water or shower access). We can't wait to share this special space with you! Braelyn & Ryan The space Our cozy and newly built tiny home offers unique sleeping arrangements and thoughtful amenities. While the Casita does not have running water, we provide an endless supply of fresh drinking water and a private composting outhouse for your convenience. Downstairs, you’ll find a full bed and living room couches that convert into two twin-sized sleeping areas. Upstairs in the loft, there’s a queen bed. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, gas stove, and everything you need for simple meals. Guest access Guests have full access to the Casita and its amenities, including the cozy living spaces, screened porch, and the Palapa, an outdoor structure perfect for meditation, yoga, or simply just being! Other things to note Extras to enjoy: -Higher dose mat: We have a higher dose mat available for your relaxation. This mat is embedded with amethyst and tourmaline crystals. simply turn it on, lay down, and enjoy its benefits. The higher dose mat uses infrared heat and negative ions to promote deep relaxation, detoxification, and relief from stress, helping to soothe the mind and body. It's a perfect way to unwind and enhance your well-being during your stay. - The casita comes with brass sound bowls and one crystal bowl. you’re welcome to play them during your stay. - A speaker is available to connect to your phone for music. - There are a variety of books for your enjoyment. - Battery-operated twinkly lights and candles are available to create a cozy ambiance. Wi-Fi & Connectivity - Service at The Casita is none existent, and part of the intention of this space is to disconnect. Some guests (depending on provider) can get a bit of service in the living room area. (( we do have Starlink available at the main house, for emergency's) Water - **No running water**: Drinking water is provided in a ceramic vessel by the sink - Extra water is available in the large blue jug on the floor, and a glass vessel in the refrigerator. - All Water can be drinking water or for washing dishes
