Finn’s Place - One block from Surf Park/Dome

Only 2 minute walk from the New Wave Garden Surf Park at Atlantic Park!! Finn’s Place was created to be a haven for surfers and beach goers alike. We want this home to feel like an experience guests are excited about, not just another place to sleep. This home checks all the boxes for Virginia Beach travelers. Located in the heart of the Vibe District, it’s surrounded by amazing food, breweries, and shops. With its unique decor and local artwork it’s the perfect backdrop for your Insta feed. The space LOCATION: Finn’s place is located on Baltic Ave and 17th street at the oceanfront. This area is known as the Vibe District and is the city’s most popular spot for local favorite restaurants, flea and farmers markets, concerts, breweries, surf shops and so much more! Just 3 short blocks from the sandy beach and famous boardwalk, this location makes getting around easy. Walk, rent a bike or utilize the city’s free car ride system “Freebee”. Also located within walking distance is the Virginia Beach Convention Center and Sports Center! Right outside the front door is the new Atlantic Park opening Summer 2025, which includes the wave garden surf park and The Dome entertainment venue. ABOUT THE HOUSE: This 3-story condo includes a comfortable living room with a sitting area, sofa (folds back into bed), electric fireplace. One bedroom has 2 queen beds and full bathroom with double vanity and bathtub/shower on the second floor. The third-floor bedroom comes with a queen bed, balcony with an ocean view, sitting area, desk/work station and full bathroom with shower. The first floor also has a half bath. Each room has a large smart tv with all streaming apps. There is a full kitchen with all cookware and dishware needed. Oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and dishwasher. Full tea and coffee bar with a Keurig, French press and teapot. For the foodies, we have basic cooking needs like spices, olive oil, etc. Our guests have access to games for the house and beach supplies! Other things to note ART: We pride ourselves on featuring many local artists and photographers throughout the house. All their information to purchase art, see more of their work, or book a photography session is located under each piece. Be sure to let them know you discovered them at Finn’s Place! BEACH SUPPLIES: x2 Beach chairs, towels, bag, and a cooler/picnic basket. GAMES: There is a deck of fun oversized cards along with a chess set. LAUNDRY: Guests have full access to the washer and dryer located in the second-floor hallway. All supplies needed are there. SOCIAL MEDIA: We are on social media!
