The space Living Situation Enjoy complete privacy in this spacious 2-bed, 2-bath retreat while sharing just one wall with a separate bedroom. Your space features private, exclusive access to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all living spaces, kitchen and back deck (everything in the photos). The adjoining bedroom (occupied by me) has its own private entrance and the connecting door will remain locked during your stay for full privacy. Furnace heating throughout the home. Please note: The wood-burning fireplace is currently NOT in service. AC and fans in each bedroom. Kitchen Fully-equipped kitchen. Gas range, air fryer, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Keurig (coffee pods provided!), Insta Pot, electric kettle, blender, microwave. An array of spices and olive oil always on hand. Complimentary coffee pods, tea, hot chocolate, honey, and sugar. Bedrooms Both bedrooms are on the second story and feature skylights, sleeping lofts, and private balconies. The primary suite has a full bed and in the sleeping loft, a queen bed. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and in the sleeping loft, a full bed. Bathrooms The primary en-suite bathroom features a shower and striking high windows looking into the trees. Guest bathroom has a large bathtub complete with a bath caddy for your book and wine glass. There is also a separate shower. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with plush towels, body wash, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, and extra toiletries like lotion, toothbrushes, disposable razors, feminine care products, and aloe. Living Room / Dining Room Wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). Game cabinet with Nintendo Switch, board games, card games. Large sectional with three recliners and 65-inch TV logged into Netflix, Prime, Apple TV+, Peacock, Hulu, and HBO Max. Baby grand piano. Dining table with seating for 6. Laundry Washer and dryer. Detergent, stain remover, dryer sheets and dryer balls provided. Outdoors Private Use: Back deck with sun bathing / lounging area, corn hole and forest views. Shared Use: Yard with redwood grove, hammock, badminton. Front deck with outdoor dining table (seating for 6) and BBQ. Driveway with ample parking. Parking: Two reserved spaces for you. Guest access You will have the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and back deck all to yourself. You are also free to use any of the shared outdoor spaces and amenities! Other things to note There is no cell service on the property. We have high speed gigabit internet and use that for all calling, texting, and web browsing needs. Be sure and connect to the WiFi as soon as you arrive! If you need to connect before getting into the space, there is a QR code in the window to the right of the front door that you can scan with your camera to connect.
