Please note that all shared areas are subject to the condominium's internal regulations—please refer to the signage posted in each area. **Access Instructions—so you know what to expect:** 1. At the guard booth, present the **QR code** we sent you (which displays the property's internal address). The guard will grant you entry. 2. Once past the gate, take the **street on the left**. The houses are on the right‑hand side; ours is clearly marked with the house number on the facade. 3. The **2 parking spaces** directly in front of the house are reserved for you. 4. The door is equipped with a **Kwikset keyless lock** and opens with a **4‑digit code** we will provide prior to your arrival—no physical key is required. We will be available throughout your arrival process—if anything does not match these instructions, simply reach out, and we will assist you right away. Other things to note **Pool Access** The pool is shared with residents and guests — it is **not private**. You can access it by crossing the street through the community palapa, less than a **1‑minute walk** from the front door. Please note that the pool area has **no fence or locked gate**, so if you are traveling with young children, we ask that you provide **constant supervision**. **Layout & Accessibility** The house has **2 floors**. One bedroom is located on the ground floor; reaching the upstairs bedrooms requires climbing a **two‑section staircase**. **Safety & Security** There is one **exterior camera** mounted on the front facade of the house. There are **no cameras inside the home or in the backyard**. The property is also equipped with a **smoke detector**, a **carbon monoxide detector**, and a **first‑aid kit**. **Transportation** Just steps away, you will find a **24‑hour convenience store** and a small supermarket. Public transportation stops right at the condominium entrance. For exploring destinations beyond Puerto Morelos, we recommend having your own or rented vehicle — we are happy to help coordinate **car or bicycle rentals** upon request. **Barbecue Grill** Please bring your own **charcoal**.
