Villa Mate - House on the Mountain

MATE - a house on the mountain where you can breathe out. The morning begins with the sun, a cup of coffee and fresh air. During the day - a swimming pool. And in the evening - dinner in a stone gazebo with a view of the mountains. We are located in Sighnaghi, in a quiet green corner. Here you can: - stay for a few days, get inspired, slow down, recharge; - organize a wedding, birthday or a cozy corporate party. There will be only you and the mistress of the house Manana in the house. The space 🏡 We have a large two-storey house with a blooming garden and a clean swimming pool in the center of Sighnaghi. 1️⃣ On the first floor: a greenhouse (a place for parties), a fireplace, an exit to the garden to the pool. 2️⃣ On the second floor: guest rooms and a living room. ‼️There is NO kitchen for cooking for guests. There is only a barbecue grill + all accessories, an electric kettle, a coffee maker and various dishes. 🥘 There are several restaurants nearby where you can order delicious food with home delivery. 🍳 We have breakfasts - the cost of breakfast is 20 GEL per person (you need to order the day before). Guest access In case of booking the whole house, there will be only you and the hostess of the house (my mother-in-law Manana). At your disposal will be: - 5 bedrooms with separate bathrooms for a group of 11 people (+3), the bedrooms have 2-bed beds; - a swimming pool in a flowering garden, with a gazebo for a feast, a barbecue and a beautiful view of the mountains. - panoramic covered terrace for celebrations, with a capacity of up to 50 people. ‼️There is NO kitchen for cooking for guests. Other things to note 🥳🥳 We are very happy to receive guests of a wedding or birthday, bachelorette parties, off-site events, corporate events. 💪🏻 However, they often require additional organization on our part. If you want to hold an event that requires organization (decor, table setting, use of furniture and dishes, inviting guests who do not live in our guesthouse), then you need to pay extra for the rent of a gazebo or terrace, as well as preparation and cleaning services.
