Villa "MATE" with pool and garden in Sighnaghi 🌿 A perfect home for intimate weddings, birthdays, family gatherings, retreats, and outings with friends Terrace, garden, and pool - everything for relaxation and celebration. 🌿 Gated area: just you and your group, comfortable for 14 people, plus 3 extra beds 🌿 Dinner/lunch/breakfast on the terrace or in the garden 🌿 Traditional Georgian home-cooked meals made with the freshest village ingredients 🌿 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms The space 🏡 We have a large two-storey house with a blooming garden and a clean swimming pool in the center of Sighnaghi. 1️⃣ On the first floor: a greenhouse (a place for parties), a fireplace, an exit to the garden to the pool. 2️⃣ On the second floor: guest rooms and a living room. 🥘 There are several restaurants nearby where you can order delicious food with home delivery. Guest access 🌿 5 bedrooms with separate bathrooms for a group of 14 people (+3), the bedrooms have 2-bed and 1-bed beds; 🌿a comfortable kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals; 🌿 a swimming pool in a flowering garden, with a gazebo for a feast, a barbecue and a beautiful view of the mountains. 🌿 panoramic covered terrace for celebrations, with a capacity of up to 30 people. Other things to note 🥳🥳 We're thrilled to host guests at weddings, birthdays, bachelorette parties, off-site events, and corporate parties. 🌿 However, this often requires additional organization. If you'd like to host an event that requires organization (decoration, table setting, furniture and tableware, or inviting guests not staying in our guesthouse), you'll need to pay an additional fee for certain services, such as post-event cleanup, rental of different furniture, or additional tableware.
