Exquisite Lake lodge in Hoburne

Exquisite fine living lake side, at the renowned Hoburne Park resort, in the Heart of the Cotswolds. Hoburne park boasts an insane amount of activities to keep the whole family busy for days. Just some of the facilities; two heated swimming pools indoors and outdoors, jacuzzi, entertainment lounge, tennis courts, dino carts, basketball court, crazy golf, archery centre, arcade room, GYM, indoor and outdoor playground, pedlows on the lake, shop, brasserie and cafe, bar, evening entertainment etc. The space Bellevue was built in 2023 and is one of the largest most luxurious flag ship lodges, at 40 foot long, with three spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one on-suite, it comfortably sleeps 6, there is a sofa bed in the living room so can sleep 8 people. This lodge is on Mallard Lake, directly opposite the Hoburne resort, so only a minute walk to the reception area. Situated on by the far the best lake and the closest to the amenities. Bellevue Lodge is the ultimate entertainment lodge. There is fiberoptic lighting fast WiFi , gas cooker, gas oven, microwave, Gas Central heating throughout, Sonos Smart speaker, A home cinema system which comprises of a 70” 8k smart TV with 5.1 JBL surround sound system and subwoofer, ambient mood lighting, and all the apps like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney and YouTube premium, making for a cosy movie night in. There are TV’s in all 3 of the bedrooms also. Fresh bedding, towels, linen, toiletries, tea coffee etc.. are provided. There are several board games to entertain. There is a cozy fireplace with mood lighting a full size fridge freezer. There is a massive double sided glass frontage terrace, with lounge seats and swinging chair, a 6 burner Cosmo Gas BBQ and out door dining table with chairs and a umbrella to shade in the heat of the sun. Located directly on the lake. You have unhindered views due to the glass frontage. Perfect for fishing or just relaxing on the porch on a sunny day.. Thank you Guest access All lodges are situated on Cotswold Hoburne within the Cotswold Water Park. Cotswold Hoburne has lots of great facilities. To access these you will need to purchase passes. The cost of passes are: £28 for a day pass for upto 6 guests £55 for a 7 night pass for up to 6 guests. £66 for a 7 night pass for up to 8 guests. The passes allow access to the clubhouse, fishing lakes, parks and gym. In the clubhouse there is an indoor pool (open all year), an outdoor pool (May – October), sports bar showing sporting events, café, bistro, entertainment venue, soft play, a small arcade, crazy golf, pedalos on the lake , a man made beach to sunbath and paddle in the lake, GYM and much more.. You have free access to fish the 3 fishing lakes with a valid rod licence. Other things to note The lodge is situated on the Cotswold Hoburne site on the Cotswold Water Park, which boasts a 177 lakes, many with activities like; water skiing, wake boarding, sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing, archery and much more. There is also a beach, at Cotswold country park and beach resort, or relax at the beautiful spa hotel, The DeVere. All within minutes of the famous Cirencester town with its beautiful Cathedral and many historical land marks. There is something for everyone in the Cotswolds! It truly will take your breath away.
