Our two-story home includes the following comforts and spaces: 5 Bedrooms / 4.5 Bathrooms / Sleeps 13 Guests First Floor: Bedroom 1: Queen bed + full bathroom outside the room. Second Floor: Bedroom 2 (Avatar Theme): 2 Twin beds + shared bathroom. Bedroom 3: 1 Twin bed + 1 Queen bed + shared bathroom. Bedroom 4: Queen bed + private bathroom. Bedroom 5 (Master): King bed + private bathroom. Common Areas: Spacious great room connected to a modern kitchen with island. Additional upstairs lounge for games and relaxation. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Exterior: Private screened pool with child safety fence. Patio with outdoor furniture and loungers. Additional Amenities: Central air conditioning. FREE Wi-Fi and cable TV in every room. Towels, linens, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Baby gear: Pack ’n Play and high chair (available upon request at no cost). House Rules Reminders: -Parties/Events: No parties or events. $500 fee for violations. -Smoking: No smoking indoors. $500 fee for violations. -Pets: No pets allowed. $500 fee for violations. Guest access Self Check-in: Access to the home is secure and convenient through a keypad on the door. Your personal entry code will be provided prior to your arrival. Full Access: You will have access to the entire property, with the only exception of one locked owner’s closet. Resort Amenities: Your stay includes full access to the amazing facilities at Windsor Cay Resort, which feature: Water Park: Resort-style pool with lazy river and water slides. Sports & Recreation: Fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, and mini golf. Services: Restaurant, bar, poolside cabanas, and concierge. Other things to note Parking: Parking is free and available directly in front of the property. Please do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk. Commercial vehicles are not allowed. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. House Rules & Schedule: Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is not available to ensure the home is properly prepared for the next guest. Starter Supplies: We provide a welcome kit with basic items (hand soap, toilet paper, etc.). Please note these are limited supplies and may not last for the duration of your stay. We recommend purchasing additional items at a local supermarket as needed. Pool Heating (Optional): Cost: $40 per day (minimum 2 nights). Request: Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The heater may take up to 24 hours to fully warm the pool. Package Delivery: We recommend using DHL, FedEx, or Amazon for online purchases, as USPS often does not deliver to vacation rental addresses. We are not responsible for undelivered packages.
