Smoking will result in loss of your security deposit or a $500 fine. 3. 🤫 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Fines from the city could exceed $1,000 per complaint. 4. 🥳 No Parties: Parties are not permitted. Violating this rule will lead to immediate eviction by private security and the full cost of the booking will be forfeited. 5. 🔢 The minimum age to check in is 25 years old, I.D. verification is required for all guests. 6. 🔢 Damage Deposit: There is a $2,000 refundable damage deposit due 24 hours before check-in. 7. Pets are not permitted without prior approval, if approved there is a $400 deep cleaning fee. 8. Occupancy: The home accommodates a maximum of 2 guests per room. 9. This property has exterior security cameras. 10. Housekeeping: Linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an additional Charge.
