The secure reader will also provide access to building amenities such as the ski and bike locker rooms, hot tub, fitness center, garbage rooms, and the secure parking garage. Other things to note Upon check-in, guests are required to provide ID and a credit card for a security deposit hold during their stay. The minimum age for making a reservation is 25. Special allowances may be considered under certain circumstances, but please contact me before booking. Free parking is available for one vehicle if requested at the time of booking. Otherwise, parking is charged by the complex at $20 per night, which can be arranged through the front desk during check-in.
