We don't leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination. THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb's hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own. The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. - We offer some extra services, for an additional fee: *Mid-stay clean (U$499.00) * Barbecue rental to use during your stay ($100.00 for up to 1 week) * Pool water heating ($45.00 USD per day, 3 days minimum) ONLINE PURCHASE: If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT 1-Cost: $45per day. 2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days. 3-Temperature will not exceed 95F. 4-Must be requested 48h in advance. 5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature. 6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.) These measures are in place to help ensure the well-being of all our guests. No Lifeguards On Duty: Please note that there are no lifeguards at the property. Use of the pool, jacuzzi, and/or spa is at your own risk. We urge all guests to exercise caution and act responsibly at all times. Children: Children must be supervised at all times when in or near the pool area. Running or playing near the water can lead to slips and falls, so please help keep them safe. Elderly Guests: The pool deck may become slippery, particularly during periods of heavy use. We ask older guests to take extra care when walking in these areas to avoid accidents. Slippery Surfaces: Increased pool use during the summer can result in water accumulation on the deck. To reduce the risk of injury, please walk carefully and do not run. Storms and Lightning: In the event of rain, thunder, or lightning, please refrain from using the pool, jacuzzi, or spa. Being in or near water during a thunderstorm is extremely dangerous. No Glass Policy: For everyone’s safety, glass containers are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable alternatives. Be Attentive: We kindly ask all guests to stay alert and exercise good judgment when near the water to help ensure a safe environment for everyone.
