Idyllic vacation home by the forest

Enjoy peace and nature on our idyllic vacation property with two charming cottages. The stone house features a seating area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV area, and large terrace. It’s supplied with well water, but drinking water is available in canisters for cooking. The wooden house (20 meters away) has a bedroom (double bed, bunk bed), desk, TV, and a lovely view. Ideal for families. 4 bikes are available. Accessible by car only. The space House 1 features the cozy "living area" with a bathroom equipped with a shower. The kitchen includes everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a fridge with freezer. A Bavarian-style seating area and a TV sofa corner provide a perfect space to relax. The spacious outdoor area includes a large terrace with a grill, 3 sun loungers, seating, and a large parasol – perfect for enjoying the fresh air. House 2 offers the quiet "sleeping area," where only the birds' chirping may be heard. There is no Wi-Fi, allowing you to fully embrace the peace and relaxation. The water comes from a well, but unlimited drinking water is available in canisters for cooking. Guest access Upon arrival, please pay attention to the number 9, which is located next to the white mailbox. The garden gate is not locked. Please park your car in front of the garage (this is not available to you). The key can be found in a key safe to the right of the entrance door of the stone house (house 1). Contact me upon your arrival and I will gladly share the code with you. The entire property and both houses are at your disposal. You can set up the garden loungers as you like. We ask that you return everything to its original location upon your departure. Please return the key to the key box and then change the code. Other things to note Safety Instructions (English): Please read the guest information carefully to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Children’s Safety: Please inform your children never to step on the septic tank covers (metal plates next to the garage)! Beware of Berries: We have many bushes and berries, but also a wild-growing “fake strawberry” variety, which is not suitable for consumption! We take no responsibility. Open Fire: Be cautious with open flames! While we enjoy the beautiful proximity to the forest, we also bear responsibility for fire safety, especially during dry periods. Therefore, grilling is only allowed on the terrace of the stone house, where a hose is also available. Stove use: Please refer to the instructions and only place a small amount of wood if necessary. Rainwater: We have placed rain barrels at the houses. You are welcome to use this water for a kiddie pool (but no tap water). Please pour it onto plants afterward. Water Conservation: We kindly ask you to use water sparingly. Thank you for your consideration!
