You'll find this to be one of the most-secure, best-located properties in town, especially if you want to experience Rincon without having to rent a car. My apartment is walking distance to the town square, 150 yards to a secluded sandy beach, and right across the street from a supermarket, fruit vendors and food carts. The building has backup water cisterns and a 250KW standby diesel generator that will power the entire complex. Relax in comfort! The space When we bought this place, it was a new, empty vanilla box, left over from the crash in 2008- and what a great canvas! We got busy painting and furniture shopping. We wanted to create something that was not only comfortable but completely turn-key for people coming to visit Rincon. I think that most people don't vacation to sit inside, they visit a place to experience the people and the activities of the place itself. Especially in Rincón, known worldwide for the surfing, the diving, the beaches and the sun. That said, everyone appreciates a clean, quiet, well-appointed spot to return to at the end of the day. And that is what Sea Beach 303 is. 303 is equipped with quiet, efficient inverter air conditioning. There are two bedrooms, two full baths, a washer and dryer, a hairdryer and iron. Beach towels are available- look in the closets. Both bedrooms have queen size memory foam beds. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal. When I travel, I love a place with a garlic press and a good set of knives, a toaster and a blender, tongs and a side-cut can opener, pots and pans, quality silverware and some kitchen shears. And of course there’s a coffeemaker and I stock my favorite Puerto Rican coffee for you to try. It's the best! There are comfortable couches for you to relax upon, and a large dining table with a great view when your food is ready. In the tropics, hydration is really important- particularly when you're running around in the sun all day. So in the kitchen we installed a reverse osmosis filtration system that creates all the delicious water you'll need. The refrigerator water dispenser is fed from the same RO system. There is a sparkling pool for your use, and to reach the beach is just a short walk along a flower-lined path. Enjoy! Guest access You'll have access to the entire condo, of course. This property is fully self-contained and secure, with two bedrooms, two full baths and a well-appointed kitchen. There is a private balcony overlooking the pool with views to the ocean just 150 yards away- and the sunsets are incomparable. Guests are welcome to use the pool and cabana and poolside barbecue. Other things to note I have electronic locks so you need not carry a key and I can accommodate any check-in time after 3 pm. :)
