Handcrafted, owner-built cabin in a peaceful rural setting near Marianna, Cottondale, and Chipley. Ideal for guests who enjoy nature-forward stays rather than hotel-style luxury. Relax in the stock tank pool, gather around the outdoor fire area, and explore the local springs and Florida Caverns State Park just 14 minutes away. Located near Hwy 90, guests may occasionally hear light road noise consistent with a rural highway setting. The space Bedding Setup: Cabin comes equipped with a Queen size Bed, Twin Size Air Mattress, and Full Size Air Mattress for your stay. With extra pillows and blankets available. Kitchen area: Kitchen comes equipped with a Fridge & Freezer, Toaster Oven, Blender,Microwave, Toaster, Oven with Stovetop and keurig coffee maker that comes equipped with a variety of Teas and Coffee for your stay. Cooking utensils, cooking sheets, pots and pans, silverware, bowls and plates also provided. Bathing: Cabin comes equipped with an Indoor and Outdoor Clawfoot tub. As well as an outdoor shower. Recreation: Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, and Starlink Wi-Fi included with your stay. As well as a few Indoor games too. Which include Monopoly and Connect Four. Firepit for cooler months. Firewood provided for $5 per bundle. (Message ahead of time, how many bundles you'd like) Stock Tank Pool and Hot Tub provided for your stay. Pool will be closed in winter months. Please be sure to sign the liability waiver prior to checkin. And follow our rules. There are several outdoor seating areas for enjoying the nature scenary, enjoying the pool, and Enjoying some fun outdoor games. Travel: Cabin is located approximately 14 minutes from Florida Caverns. 20 minutes from Jackson Blue Springs 1 hour from the beach 5 minutes from the closest DG and restaurants. Guest access Guests are allowed to access the whole cabin area, including the outside area out front and around back. Guests have access to Pool, Hot Tub, Seating areas, Grill, Firepit area, and all other outdoors amenities in listing. These are exclusive to the Cabin only. Not Shared with other guests that might be staying at our skoolie. Guests are not allowed pass the fenced areas on property or near our "skoolie" school bus tiny home, which other guests may be staying at during the stay. Other things to note The cabin is located off Hwy. 90. Please note that the property also has a separate skoolie "School bus Tiny Home" area with its own Airbnb guests, and part of the main driveway is shared between the two. When you turn in, continue straight to access the cabin area.
