Each room is equipped with air conditioning. Baby-Friendly: We offer baby items such as a crib, toys, and safety gates. The host has a 1-year-old child and uses the house frequently, so baby goods are well-stocked. You’ll find a Richell baby crib, baby gate, high chair, baby utensils, and toys—everything you need for a family stay with an infant. Workcation Room: Includes a movable table, 24-inch monitor, and a high-quality office chair—perfect for remote work. Parking: Please contact us in advance if you need parking. Kamakura roads are narrow, and our parking spot is tight and requires multiple adjustments when parking. We do not allow vehicles larger than compact cars. Amenities: Plates, glasses, cutlery Pots, frying pans Gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, rice cooker, microwave Hair dryer, shower Two toilets with washlets Vacuum cleaner Drum-type washer-dryer We provide bath towels and face towels for each guest. Basic amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, slippers, dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and basic cleaning supplies. Cooking utensils and tableware are also provided. Guest access This is a fully private rental house, and the entire interior is available for your use. All areas are accessible except for storage spaces that are locked. There is one parking space on the premises, but please note that it is narrow and difficult to park, so we offer it with conditions. If you wish to use the parking space, please contact us in advance. For large vehicles, please use a nearby paid parking lot. Other things to note ✅ Check-in Please check in between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. This house is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Late check-ins after 9:00 PM are not allowed to avoid disturbing neighbors. ✅ Check-out Please check out by 10:00 AM. Cleaning staff will arrive after 10:00 AM. If you overstay, a late check-out fee of ¥2,000 per 15 minutes will be charged. 🚭 Smoking Policy The house is strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Please use the smoking area near the nearby Lawson convenience store. 🧺 For Long-Term Stays No towel or linen changes. Please use the washing machine (with dryer function), or hang them on the 2nd-floor balcony. No cleaning service during your stay. Garbage collection available upon request. ⚠️ Important Notice This is a very quiet residential area with many elderly residents. Please keep noise to a minimum after 7:00 PM. In case of noise complaints, we may ask you to leave early. 🐜 Insects There is a little hill behind the house full of green and due to the surrounding greenery, insects may appear. We provide insect spray in the shoe cabinet by the entrance. Despite our preventive measures, insects might enter when doors/windows are opened. 📷 Security Camera Per public health regulations, a security camera is installed at the entrance for safety. Surrounding Environment During your stay, there may be external environmental factors such as construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors. These are occurrences outside the control of our facility, and therefore we are unable to offer refunds or discounts for such reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding when making your reservation. 📌 House Rules Violation of the rules below may result in fines: Extra cleaning fees will apply for excessive mess or improper use. Lost or damaged items will be charged. Additional guests beyond the reservation will be charged ¥10,000 per person (monitored by entrance camera). Please sort garbage according to the labels. Wash any used dishes and cookware. Fireworks are not allowed on the property. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Forgotten items are not shipped internationally. Domestic shipping is available with cash on delivery + ¥3,000 handling fee. No shoes inside the house. Please take them off at the entrance. In accordance with Japanese law, we kindly ask all guests (including children) to provide their personal information before check-in. This includes name, nationality, address, occupation, date of birth, a photo of your passport, and contact information (email address and phone number). 🔑 Check-in Process There is no on-site staff.
