Located just 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from all Camburi shops, (restaurants, grocery store, newsstand, pharmacy, etc.), you don't need a car for anything.  We emphasize that we have only 4 double suites and 1 suite for up to 4 people, offering a quiet and cozy place. The space Our suites are equipped with a minibar, air conditioning, 24-inch Smart TV, bathroom with a shower enclosure, and we provide a small kitchen and shared dining room for common use, for preparing and heating drinks and food, which everyone must use and keep clean after use. For leisure and comfort, we have a swimming pool and shower. Parking is complimentary, 1 space per suite. Guest access Guests have access to the parking lot, small kitchen and shared dining room, balcony, shower and swimming pool. During your stay We are always available on the platform or intercom. Other things to note It is a quiet place, and to preserve the silence, our guests must know that we do not allow music or noise in the common areas, as well as loud sound in the rooms (there is acoustic protection in the walls, but not in the doors and windows), each with their headphones and not speaking loudly, because we are all sharing the same space. We remind you that we do not offer services,only lodging with bed and bath linen in equipped suites,swimming pool and shower. Parking is complimentary, 1 space per suite, and must follow the operating rules described on the sign. We have a great location,close to the beach and all local shops, you can do everything on foot! No meals are offered on the property. We only accept paying children over 8 years of age and no pets are allowed on the property.
