Just a 5-minute drive from the beaches of Varkiza and Vouliagmeni, along the Athenian Riviera, our accommodation offers an ideal location to explore the southern suburbs of Athens. The space 🏡 The apartment offers: 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds Spacious open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and cozy fireplace 3 large verandas with a magnificent view Fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron. It also has a solar water heater, ensuring hot water throughout the day, without having to activate anything extra. Guest access Dear guests, During your stay you can also use the A1 parking space. The building has two entrances to the parking lot. Position A1 is on the right, as you look at the building from the street, and is clearly marked with a sign "A1". Access is free, so you can park whenever you want. ✅ Please note that the building's elevator can accommodate 3 people without luggage. If you have suitcases, please use it one at a time.
