The building houses 4 apartments. 2 are located on the top floor and require the guest to access their apartments through a shared private door then up a flight of stairs where they then branch off into their private apartments. The other 2 are located on the 1st floor and have separate entrance and exits. All apartments are self-contained, fully air-conditioned units and each dwelling contains 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The space The back apartments face the Demerara River. The property is completely secure with high fences. Additionally, washers and dryers are available for each tenant usage. Other things to note In cases of power outages there is a backup generator that supplies power the building.
