Room in an artists' house

The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the historic center and 20/25 minutes from the station. 50 meters away there is a small shopping center with a supermarket, pharmacy and pizzeria: The bike path adjacent to the condominium garden leads to Marina di Grosseto: 10 km and in the natural park of the Maremma: 8.6 km. There are three bus stops nearby that lead to the sea, the station and the center. The bus stops are: De Nicola or Einaudi. Perfect for those arriving by car, motorcycle or bicycle. The space The guest room has a lock but, out of respect for privacy, even if it is left open, we NEVER enter the room in the absence of the guest. Guest access Guests can use the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen where breakfast is offered. You can leave your bicycles in a small room on the ground floor. During your stay We speak Italian, English and French, and to contact us you can send an SMS or write an email. Other things to note I am an artist, specifically a sculptor.
