Jacuzzi has hot water that can be used anytime. Common amenities on-site like swimming pool, games room, gym, mini theatre, cycling and restaurant. The space Welcome to Boho Bliss, a serene studio retreat nestled in the lush landscapes of Karjat. Our bohemian-inspired space offers a perfect blend of comfort and nature, featuring a private garden and a relaxing jacuzzi. It is situated in a well designed gated community within a four storey apartment block. Designed for couples, families or solo travellers seeking tranquility, the studio is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Unwind amidst nature, enjoy the starry nights, and let the BOHO ambiance rejuvenate your spirit. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire ground-floor garden studio, including a private garden and outdoor jacuzzi. You’ll also have access to your designated parking spot within the gated community. While the studio is part of a 4-storey apartment block, your space is fully private. Please note that common areas within the community like walkways, clubhouse, amenities, restaurant, parking or the main gate are shared with other residents. Important: As per local regulations and for safety reasons, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests. Please share clear copies of the IDs immediately after booking is confirmed. This is mandatory for check-in and must be completed in advance. Other things to note 1. Occasional power cuts may occur in Karjat, but an inverter backup is available for basic lighting and fans. Please note that the AC and heavy kitchen appliances will not work on the inverter. 2. Since meals are not included with the stay, I do not take any responsibility of the quality of food served/delivered by any restaurant. I merely guide all the guest to the available local options. 3. The jacuzzi is cleaned and sanitized before each stay. I request you to switch off the geyser after use. Please note that since the jacuzzi is located in the garden, it is not completely private. You may use the provided roll down curtains to increase privacy. 4. Guests are requested to carry valid ID proof for entry at the main gate. 5. Smoking is allowed only in the garden area. 6. There may be an instance of occasional construction work happening within the community. However, it is about 500 feet away from our studio. 7. Please treat the space with care - It's a passion project we have created with love. 8. Swiggy/Zomato food delivery services are unavailable to the property. 9. Uber/Ola local rides are also unavailable. Uber (Intercity) does ply sometimes.
