Generously sized apartment with private waterfront access The space This is the lower guest apartment of our villa. Guests will enjoy use of the pool, gym and exterior of the property: the villa will not be occupied by another guest group simultaneously ensuring your privacy and enjoyment. The property has a large king sized bedroom with AC, a full kitchen and living area, full laundry and bathroom. There is a further half bathroom for poolside use. There are two outdoor decks: a swing chair is located on the west facing deck which has the most amazing sunsets while the east facing deck is the perfect shady spot in the afternoon. The apartment has a relaxing and cosy vibe. The apartment has wonderful ocean, beach and sunset views. Located about a 4 minute waterfront walk to the nearest of two golden sandy beaches the property remains very private and quiet. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the pool, gym and grounds. The main villa will not be in use by guests. Other things to note Please note that the apartment has A/C in the bedroom only. We provide fans for the living / kitchen space.
