Welcome to Eifelhorst – a modern and cozy loft in the southern Eifel! On approx. 60 m² you’ll find a double bed, an open living area with smart TV, Marshall Bluetooth speaker and wood stove, a fully equipped retro-style kitchen, and a bathroom with rain shower. The private garden with lounge area and sun loungers is perfect for relaxing. Quiet location with wide views – ideal for switching off. The space Living Area The open living area welcomes you with a cozy sofa corner, Smart TV, and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for perfect sound. The sofa is extendable and offers sleeping space for up to two additional guests. A solid wood table invites you to dine, work, or enjoy a game night. For a warm and relaxing atmosphere, the wood-burning stove provides pleasant heat during the colder months. ⸻ Sleeping Area In the open sleeping area under the roof, you’ll find a comfortable 1.80 m wide double bed. Through the skylight, you can gaze at the stars at night. There is no separate bedroom, but a well-designed open space concept full of coziness and character. ⸻ Kitchen The kitchen combines modern comfort with retro charm. It includes an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a red retro fridge with freezer. For coffee lovers, both a filter coffee machine and a Senseo pad machine are available. Toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, and a selection of spices (without guarantee of completeness) round off the equipment. ⸻ Bathroom The bright bathroom with daylight features a rain shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and storage space. For small emergencies, basic toiletries, a hairdryer, and fresh towels are provided. Families will also find a potty and baby bathtub for the little ones. ⸻ Family & Dog Comfort Families with young children can make use of a high chair, baby cot, potty, and baby bathtub. Your dog is also very welcome: we provide a dog bowl, toys, blanket, towel, and waste bags – everything for a relaxed stay with your four-legged friend. ⸻ Games & Entertainment The Eifelhorst offers a large selection of board games – perfect for cozy evenings with family, friends, or just the two of you. ⸻ Parking & Access Two free parking spaces are available right in front of the house – suitable even for larger vehicles like vans. The path from the parking area to the apartment entrance is via an illuminated outdoor staircase, so you can arrive safely and comfortably even in the evening. ⸻ The Garden The apartment includes a quiet, well-kept garden with a lawn and privacy fencing. A cozy seating area with weatherproof pallet furniture and a large wooden table invites you to relax – perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning or a warm summer evening. Two comfortable sun loungers are also available for soaking up the sun. ⸻ Bicycles Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the lockable basement room.
